Kyrie-diculous Scoring Performance
Last night, Cleveland Cavaliers All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving dropped an unbelievable performance with 55 points against All-Star point guard Damian Lillard and the Portland Trailblazers. The 2-time NBA Champ LeBron James was out last night with sprained wrists versus the Detroit Pistons 2 days ago. No one on the Blazers could stop Irving as he also recorded a franchise-high 11 3 pointers. Not only Irving scored 55 points and made 11 3 pointers, Irving also made the game winning 3 pointer with under 10 seconds left to give the Cavs a 97-94 lead. The Cavaliers then won the game 99-94, with that win Cleveland is now 27-20 a record not too many people expected them have. With performances like this from Irving, I see an MVP award coming his way in the future.
